HIGHLIGHTS FROM LAST WEEKS LESSON:
Sister Masterson taught the last in a series of lessons on missionary
work. She pointed out that the September Ensign seems to be focused on
advancing the work of the Lord as well. We talked about the advances
in technology that have allowed people all over the world to learn
about the gospel. A couple sisters shared how they have been able to
use Facebook to share their beliefs with friends that don't live close
to them. "The Savior said this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached
in all the world for a witness unto all nations.... He is removing the
obstructions, and the gospel shall be preached."- George Albert Smith
