Monday Minutes

HIGHLIGHTS FROM LAST WEEKS LESSON:
Since it was the fifth Sunday of the month, the Priesthood and the
Relief Society meet together and the Bishop taught the lesson. We
watched the talk given by Bishop Edgley at last April's conference.
The talk was entitled, "The Rescue for Real Growth". We discussed some
of the things Bishop Edgley had learned from an experience he had with
a less active member. Some of those ideas were; 1. It is not easy for
a less active member to walk back into the Church. They need help and
fellowship. 2. We have less active members who are willing to find the
path back to activity. We can help them if we know who they are.
3.Less active members deserve to be treated as an equal and be viewed
as a son or daughter of God.
